We sign a contract at the beginning stating our guaranteed quote. We won’t hit you with any hidden fees. If you want additional work done we do a change order request that is signed by both parties. This is also a guaranteed quote.

After Completion
We want you to be satisfied with our work before we request payment. We will do a walk-through with you after we finish the job, and then return to complete any touch ups if necessary. Only then will we request payment.
